Many of the engineers who joined the company in its early days have assumed leadership roles across various departments, which can sometimes make it challenging for newcomers to establish themselves. Unfortunately, there have been instances where a few local individuals have exhibited unwelcoming behavior. The opportunities for professional growth within the company seem limited, and it can sometimes feel like newer employees are not given the same level of consideration. Additionally, it appears that the distribution of ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plans) may favor the early joiners, leaving newcomers with relatively fewer benefits. In cases where the company faces financial difficulties, there is a perceived risk that newer employees might be the first to be let go, while significant investments from million-dollar investors are retained in the form of ESOPs. Given these considerations, it's advisable to carefully evaluate the company and the potential risks before deciding to join.
