Pros

Colleagues, these guys will be your wonky saviours during your desolate, long and frankly torturous experience with this company. Treasure your colleagues, they have your back - or at least try to.

Cons

Poor pay, pressure, unreachable targets, bonus, bullying behaviour from management. This list could be a mile long after what u endured. Clearly I can’t name names, but anyone managerial in this company will screw you over left right and centre. Down right bullies, and despicable human beings. And all this for around £14k a year? Weekends, late nights up to 9pm?!

Pros

Endsleigh Park is a fantastic site to work on. It is a huge site with a range of facilities available such as the on-site gym, tennis courts and a field where the employees can enjoy a game of football during their lunch break or after work. The surrounding area is also enjoyable for taking a walk during your lunch or a visit to the pub with your colleagues! The office is fairly modern with scenic views overlooking the Endsleigh park. Endsleigh will also support you with any insurance related qualification which is great for anyone looking to pursue a career within the industry.

Cons

Firstly, having read most of the other reviews on here, there seems to be a large influx of positive reviews around March / April (conveniently when the company announced they were making over 300 employees redundant). To put this into perspective, there was 1 review posted on 20/11/2017, 1 review on 31/01/2018, 1 review on 27/02/2018 then all of a sudden there are 4 reviews in March and 26 reviews in April not to mention nearly all the reviews are positive. Endsleigh adopts a huge favouritism culture. If you are seen to be 'liked' by the seniors and managers you will go very far within this company regardless of your technical ability. The management have no people and leadership skills. They simply do not recognise that employees are human beings too and need to be treated with respect. If you were not 'liked' by your manager then your life would be made a living hell to the point where you were forced out of the company. This did not happen to me but I know many colleagues who experienced this immature behaviour. When you have your interview for this role you are promised great progression opportunities, a competitive salary and great benefits. In reality, the progression opportunities are non - existent, you are more likely to be made redundant than promoted!
