Pros

Really smart team with integrity. Very strong research capability, promising technologies. Company is in convenient location of Seattle and in good culture. The founders are Standford MBA alumni and manages the company well on track.

Cons

At the start up phase, the work life balance was poor. There was a "rush" culture to finish project in order for the company to survive. The pressure of workload and under market pay was not satisfying..

Great management and fair treatment

Pros

The best aspect of being a machine operator at EnerG2's Albany location is the supervisors I work under. They are fair, understanding, have reasonable expectations, and show good critical thinking skills. Excellent health care. There is the possibility for operators to move up into management. The company has a massive focus on improving and maintaining a safe workplace.

Cons

The pay for machine operators is not very high. There is no 401k matching. The interior, including the break room is nothing to brag about. Have to use saved PTO during the winter break.
