- Micromanagement: There is being micromanaged, and then there is this...which should have been listed as the 10th circle in Dante's Inferno.
- THE PRODUCT ITSELF (I can't stress this enough): The competition is significantly cheaper while offering a much more flexible user specific need. This is directly the CEO's fault.
- CEO: She truly is a very gifted/brilliant person intellectually, however she has absolutely zero "people" skills. She screamed and insulted her employees during team meetings on a weekly basis...to the point where it became painfully awkward for those that were not in her crossfire on that particular day. I always thought it was funny that there was not an HR person...work here for a few months and you will learn why.
- Everything will always be YOUR fault! There was no ownership of mistakes.
- Culture: It's built on DNA that is comprised of 99% Toxic. Too many bright and incredibly capable people lost the light in their eyes during their time there.
