      If you can suck up to senior staff you’ll do just fine.

      Cons

      HR has been directing lower-level staff to leave fake positive reviews on this site and others. This is despicable in my opinion and it removes the last shred of respect I had for this place. Just look how much their average rating has risen over the past few months! Senior officers are always in a crabby mood when the company survey results come in. If only they spent more time actually fixing their toxic atmosphere than trying to put lipstick on it.

      Human Resources needs replacing

      Some coworkers are actually decent but nobody stays for long.

      Cons

      The HR department is terrible, trashy and need to go. It thinks it can learn how to do its job out of an instruction manual. it has zero real world experience and it shows. This is the kind of department who thinks that throwing a pizza party will placate frustrated workers. This company needs to go back to the drawing board when it comes to their Human Resources department. This department is controlling and resorts to underhanded tactics to try and “fix” the company’s problems, usually at the expense of good people. Nepotism has unfortunately disgraced this company.

      Absolutely none I could even imagine

      Upper management micro-manages everything. They do not listen to anyone with experience. If you are a good brown noser, you will be able to survive, The HR department is manipulative and under handed
