One employee has consistently displayed concerning behavior in the workplace. She is often disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional, creating a hostile environment for others—particularly for new team members, whom she appears to target. Multiple staff have left due to her conduct, yet no formal action has been taken. It’s widely perceived that her continued employment, despite repeated issues, is due to her family connection within the company. HR is very quick to pull people up however turn a blind eye when it comes to her.
