Toxic workplace who ask and expect you to stay longer than needed. Asked why you didn’t stay till 8pm at night.

Good Office Location - Gym on site

Cons

Micromanaging, Don’t pay commission on time, and when they do they take it off you anyway for one reason or another. Very high staff turnover. Lots of unnecessary rumours get around the office

All staff set their own KPI's based on what they think they can achieve and what they need to do to reach the targets (a target which is also set by the employee). We understand it can be frustrating when you fall short of the KPI's you set yourself and management does what it can to encourage to reach your own goals. Any commission earnt is paid to consultants at the same time as monthly wages, and as a industry standard would only be recalled if a placement fails within the rebate period.
