Pros

High salary. Gives you a false impression of having learning, whilst actually you are learning how to do things the wrong way, so kind of makes you confident.

Cons

6 day week. Unending pressure. No systems in place leading to employees being aim less and clueless.

1.Good peer group 2.A decent salary package compared to the rest in this industry

Cons

1.Non existent HR policies. 2. Working sundays as well during training and they almost treat you like a slave if you are gullible enough. 3. The communication gaps between different level of management is excruciatingly testing at times. 4. Lack of meritocracy. 5. Rare or absolutely non-existent raises in salaries. 6. Other similar companies treat their on-site employees a million times better. 7. Upper management decisions are inside a black-box.

I can not think of any.They send you to a plant in the name of training. where facilities are worst. - you can prepare for cat. -Pay is ok.

Cons

Less growth rate. Bad HR policies. No girls. very boring work.
