HR. If you get a "high" competitive offer, they won't match it. BBDO is known for offering some of the lowest salaries in the industry, plus they don't provide any bonuses (ever). HR is unhelpful and sometimes rude, it's very disappointing and frustrating. Frankly I don't know what they do every day but the agency is rapidly losing people and it's mostly due to the lack of HR support & salary increases. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself or your work, and what you deserve to be paid. Because even if your boss looks out for you, it doesn't mean HR will.
