Micromanagement by laid back, old school professors kinda people.
No proper performance evaluation process in place- all they see are numbers/ quantities of poles done in a day. Employees work like hired construction/road workers with hourly wages because of heightened pressure of meeting the numbers of poles.
Outdated office environment. No set company policies and procedures. Qualification plays no role here. They may hire people without proper qualification and if those people give them numbers they will be retained and everyone else will be fired regardless of their education & qualification.
HR is highly unprofessional.
No career growth. Unless you want to be doing the same thing for another 5 years.
No benefits/No perks
