Our company helps to make it easier for homeowners to understand the value that solar panels will add to their homes, and also the money saved in utility bills. Knowing that I'm working to help increase widespread adoption of solar energy is great motivation. At ESF you can feel good about the work that you do. Other pros: Co-workers are nice and fun. The company has a startup vibe which is exciting and allows for great opportunity for hard working employees. The CEO is also big on learning, so if you don't know how to do something, you're given the opportunity to learn to expand your skill set.

To me, it's about the people that I work with and being able to satisfy my intellectual talent. The people are nice. The work is intellectually challenging...I couldn't think of a better fit for me.
