Small company, very open to speaking with you. Willing to work around schedules and help in emergencies. Very understanding. Great employees to work with, very respectful.
Cons
Middle management needs a lot of work. They spring a lot of changes that effect your life with little notice. Communication is a huge problem. Good place to start or retire but little room for growth.
