Pros
An exciting product and company to work with - very ambitious and forward-thinking. A fun and supportive team environment encouraged by exceptional support for staff and fair wages - one of the best benefit packages I've ever seen, not to mention training program. Being based from home, the work-life balance is fantastic and there is a great communication network in place to ensure everyone keeps in touch regularly.
Cons
Working from home all the time could feel a little cut-off for some, although there are plenty of social events and regular face-to-face meetings.
