      Great co-workers. Good benefits. Meaningful work.

      Cons

      Nothing really. Expect to work some overtime, and if there is a bad storm, you are going to be working, but this was actually fun.

      A recent change in IT management has thrown the place into chaos. I would stay away till changes are made. I think they will not be around for the long haul.
