There are no pros with this company. They work like they have no idea what technology is.
Cons
If you ever have worked with companies that are proficient and work smarter then harder. This is not the company for you. The work load is harder when it doesnt have to be. You will only advance if you know the family or are married into it. Wouldn't recommend this to a person starting out.
