      Casual environment with a younger workforce. There are catered lunches every week. Management gives you freedom to work independently

      Its a growing company and leadership positions are not always given to internal employees.

      I came on board a year ago as wordpress developer. At the time it was a lot to handle, but it was a great learning experience.
