You'll have exposure to projects that have a really cool impact. The team here cares about your physical and mental health and takes steps to help wherever needed. This is a great place to hone your skills, play to your strengths, and learn from your failures.
Cons
Salary might feel like under market value. Due to the family structure/nature of the company - growth and promotion can feel less than straightforward. I personally feel like the positives far outweigh the negatives here.
