      Pros

      Everyone is incredibly passionate about what they do, and there is a real sense of camaraderie and collaboration in the office. The leadership team is transparent and approachable, and they are always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions from employees. The founders especially genuinely care about people and will go the extra mile to play to your strengths and help you succeed. They take the time to get to know each person on the team, their strengths and weaknesses, and their goals for the future.
