Pros
Seriously fast-paced. There's a LOT happening, all at the very same time. When the water-level rises, everyone rises with it. The water-level is rising, and fast. The company has been through a couple of pivots to get to the right recipe to success, and it seems to have "cracked" it now.
Everyone gets a lot of autonomy. No one has the time for micro-management which is fun!
Also, only a few companies that are 5 years old get good at acquiring other companies and integrating large customer bases along with continuously growing their core platform and business as well.... Engagifii is doing this not just once, but multiple times!
Cons
The environment is EXTREMELY focused on Results and Pace. This could be difficult for someone who is looking for work-life balance. There is the expectation of keeping up with the senior management at a high pace.
