Pros

This company provided amazing services to the children they work with. Every employee genuinely cares about each client and works hard to provides the best services they can to their clients. It is honestly the best clinic in Muncie in my opinion. The CEO, Clinton is one of the nicest people I have ever met and he goes to great length to ensure employees feel comfortable and valued.

Cons

The administration at the time of my employment was not well organized. Administrators were not always on the same page which would lead to confusion and frustration amongst employees. The administration was also not very transparent with employees about changes to procedures or policies being made. Employees often called off leading to last minute schedule changes or lack of coverage.

Pros

The kids - that's all

Cons

I used to literally cry on my one and only break. Most of the RBTs are just in it for a paycheck. I wasn't allowed to let one of the kids go to the bathroom and he wet himself. I was warned not to tell the parents. I was also warned not to console a child after she had just had dental surgery and was in pain. She cried all day long. A lot of the kids don't actually progress because they don't introduce new demands. When I asked what their plan was to get him to progress they didn't have one. Most of the RBTs would go through the demands so fast that the kids were extremely confused and overwhelmed which caused them to lash out or shut down. Then we had to track that behavior which made it look like the kids were still not where they should be. It's like they hold the kids back on purpose so the parents continue to bring them to the center. There were also several occasions where I heard a few RBTs using the R word to describe the kids..all of which still work there and have been promoted to higher levels. They promote people when they aren't qualified but are friends with management. Very gossipy. Management and RBTs alike gossip about the parents. Can't say much about Clinton as he actually only spoke to me once. No real work/life balance as you rarely get breaks and I thought about these kids and their well-being well after I got off work. I still do.
