- Reactive business strategies that change from month to month. - Multiple weekly meetings where everyone is terrified because the manager will yell at employees in company meetings in front of everyone for random reasons. - Favorites are not being held accountable for anything while watching good performers get fired because the manager doesn't like them. - They fire people and assign their task to you, and tell you, "It's an opportunity to learn a new thing". Now you're doing 2-3 jobs. - Constant "guidance" every week that they saw somewhere on social media, and act like they are now an expert.

Cons

-MANAGERS. I've NEVER seen so many co-workers either quit or get fired within a span of a year's time, Then when someone quits or gets fired in your department, they add and spread that person's workload amongst everyone else until they find a new employee.
