Management is absolutely horrid and terrible. After leaving my 1 star review on another site they began leaving false five star reviews so I expect the same to happen this time. That being said my role as the marketing and research coordinator was not a pleasant experience. I was never given a true clear direction of what they expected from my role and that made it difficult to find projects to partake in. Gossip was a huge problem in the office and the employees could never complain because management owns the company. They will tell you its “employee owned” which is technically true, but the employees have no real power. The cherry on top was me being laid off two weeks before Christmas where I was asked to sigh paperwork. I didnt know that signing this i’d be waiving my Unemployment Rights. When I tried to file EEI told the Unemployment Office I voluntarily quit. This is a terrible company but if youre in Sales you might like it. Tim Jones is the CEO and I like him, but the managers I had were lacking in many areas - including compassion.
