Laid back office, nice people to work with, opportunities to be outside and not in the office are abundant, you get exposed to various types of projects and designs
Cons
There is a lot of work to get through the training program and it is by no means easy, training will require 50 to 60 hour weeks for the first 3 months, the pay formula can be good or bad depending on who you are and how well you market yourself

It is a lot of work but it is worth it. If you are willing to work hard you will get rewarded. If you are someone looking to work 36 hours a week and kick your feet up on Friday and relax this is not the job for you. Our engineers work hard but they are rewarded for that effort.
In regard to the training program it is a bit dated. We are investigating ways to lower the cost of the program and improve it.
