      Pros

      Compensation is good, small company, managers are available, intern program is great (if you have enough college experience they may let you work on their projects otherwise it's work that needs to be done but not that interesting), benefits are good, and great management.

      Cons

      The company really is not large enough to be able to move up, dental coverage is expensive, and currently some growing pains related to company culture.

      You quickly learn the true meaning of doing everything alone because there is absolutly no support or help available here.

      Cons

      • The work culture is deeply toxic and draining, with constant hostility replacing anything resembling cooperation. • Employees are regularly set against each other, creating unnecesarry conflict instead of teamwork. • Teamwork is practically nonexistent because everyone is left to deal with stress and tension on their own. • The environment feels chaotic, making it difficult to focus or function effectively. • Instead of support, there is a constant undercurrent of negativity that makes the workplace exhausting.
