Great organisation. Staff are friendly and all committed to making a difference to achieve the aims of the organisation. Leadership are accessible and provide clear and thoughtful direction. Strong interest in EDI and related issues. Hybrid working is embraced.

It is a smaller organisation which has some constraints but I do not think this really impacts employer experience.
