Great management team that places great on emphasis on the Core Values. good support system and mentorship. The culture is great and they really put their employees first. Great environment if you value learning and new experiences as there is lots of opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.
Cons
Check out their core values before you apply. If these don't align with your own values you may have a tough time. The pace is fast and scope of projects is broad. You have to be willing to put in the time for some self guided learning if you want to succeed.
