      Pros

      You get to see some excellent opera.

      Cons

      Senior management are toxic, discriminatory and chaotic. This filters down. The salaries do not reflect job roles and as there isn't a proper process for promotion/recruitment, there's no way to strategise your long-term career. Bullying seems to just be acceptable within colleagues. Save your sanity and do not work for this company.

      Pros

      Easy work and flexible hours. Plus got to watch bits of the performances during shifts

      Cons

      Management is terrible and does not care about employees. This ultimately reflects in the staff they employ. Co-workers looked out only for themselves, formed cliques and bad-mouthed each other so much. Glad I left when I did.

      Money was good. Great location.

      Cons

      Bullying, racism, alcohol abuse. Ridiculous long hours. If you complain to management about these issues the department they put it back on you. You will be ganged up on by crew.You will end up out of a job. Terrible union reps that only look after there pals. C.c.tv evidences of assaults going missing by security. Toxic place to be around.
