Pros

The office is casual and most of the employees are supportive and friendly. Developers will learn a lot from senior team members.

Cons

Feature changes sometimes happen when sprint's about to end. Over time work is inevitable.

Pros

The only positive aspect was the opportunity to learn how to cope with a toxic work environment.

Cons

Systematic mobbing was used to force employees to resign, just to avoid paying severance. This abusive practice was not isolated to me but was common across the company. Every action was closely monitored and questioned, creating a stifling atmosphere. The company relies on technology from 2010, which hampers professional growth and keeps the company lagging behind the industry standards.

First of all, thank you for your feedback. We need to address a few points. It's unfortunate you didn't use the learning opportunities given, especially as a junior employee without any software development experience and knowledge. Mentioning outdated technologies without the sufficient knowledge does not reflect our current practices accurately. In the realm of software development, especially for companies serving millions of users worldwide, the newest technology is not always the most suitable option. The priority is to choose solutions that are practical and reliable. Decisions regarding technology are based on these criteria, not merely on novelty. We also noticed you frequently asked for unauthorized leave and spent a lot of your working hours on smoking breaks. These behaviors do not align with our company's policies and expectations. It's disappointing that our investment in your professional growth did not meet our expectations. We have successfully trained many junior employees with zero experience and raised them as competent engineers that some are working still in our company some are working in esteemed global software companies. Good luck with your future endeavors in the competitive job market, especially with that attitude.
