      Pros

      ENGS is a great company to work for - they are rapidly expanding both internally and externally and have many opportunities to advance within. Management has a solid team of very knowledgeable, respectable individuals who go above and beyond to make this company succeed. The people are great, the office atmosphere is energetic and the office as a whole works as a team.

      Cons

      Vacation days may be considered on the lower end compared to other companies.

      Pros

      The support you have from the people you work with, they band together to help one another.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care. Rather than show appreciation or support to their employees, they would rather continue the ever revolving door of people going in and out. They make promises and set expectations to get you in the door that they cannot keep. You’re not set up for success, rather set up to last around a year or so and then move on. You are nothing more than a replaceable number.

      Pros

      They are a great company with an Executive staff that truly cares about their employees. The office space is huge and tremendous and they embrace growth. They are seemingly on the right path to become the best commercial lending institutions. They also like to promote from within in certain departments.

      Cons

      Sometimes management is to lenient with certain individuals and shows favoritism to others. Also, certain managers fail to stick to rules and guidelines within the department.
