      1. From the day company start, the only word heard is "Work pressure" 2. No fun or entertainment activities 3. No proper appreciation from management 4. No employee benefits from management

      Pros

      Flexible office timings. Freedom to think and implement own ideas. Able to learn multiple technology. Especially very good company for freshers. Enhancesys will make a person as true professional.After working in Enhancesys, he can survive any where.

      Cons

      No vehicle parking for employees. No diversion for employees. Short dead line for tasks.

      Nothing to say about enhancesys.

      Cons

      No proper information on team change or work change. Frequent change of boss with out any intimation. Always putting the developer to work on short dead lines.
