Working here as a recruiter has been a positive experience in many ways. I’ve had the chance to work closely with a supportive team, and everyone collaborates well to meet hiring targets. The role gave me good exposure to different domains and requirements, which helped sharpen my sourcing and stakeholder-management skills. The management is approachable and open to new ideas, and I’ve always felt comfortable sharing suggestions. The work environment is generally friendly and stable, and salary is credited on time. Overall, it’s a good place to grow as a recruitment professional.
Cons
NOTHING I honestly didn’t experience any major cons during my time here. The work environment was generally smooth, and whatever small challenges came up were manageable and part of the normal day-to-day workflow. Overall, nothing significant stood out as a drawback in my experience.
