      Pros

      Enjoy Education's work culture is excellent, with amazing employee wellness schemes and training opportunities. The team are extremely close-knit and they start to feel more like a family than 'just' colleagues. Had a great experience working here. Flexible hybrid working available which helps with the work-life balance.

      Cons

      Enjoy is a small business which certainly has it's pros but can also mean that there are occasionally staff shortages and peak periods of the year are felt strongly across the team.
