Enlighten is a friendly, flexible place to work. The service offering is clear and adds value to our clients so it is easy to feel good about what we are delivering at work. Management have done a great job of keeping us a united team even though we live all over the world. We conduct regular 'All Hands' meeting to inform staff of what is happening across the business and helps us celebrate our team through announcements and awards. Annual/Bi-Annual reviews are conducted and Staff surveys run to provide feedback and insights. We are a diverse, passionate group of people, led by a management team that puts a lot of energy into creating opportunities. As with any business, busy times create a buzz of excitement however, I see management's commitment and strength come through when times are quieter to keep the workforce engaged and adding value.

Workforce is globally dispersed so you don't get many opportunities to interact in person.
