The Firm has a very close knit culture. The managing partners truly care about each and every person that works at the firm and insist on everyone having a work/life balance. The staff works in teams which allows them to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This system ensures coverage for all attorneys whether they're working from home or in the office.
