Where do I begin: -Underpaid -NO work/life separation -Work hours are a suggestion. You will have to stay late. -Unsafe work environment: Random chemicals just out and unlabeled, bare minimum PPE, unsafe equipment, batteries can and will catch on fire. -old equipment that malfunctions OFTEN, no they won't replace it or even properly repair it. -no hazard pay -good luck getting time off if you aren't upper management. -you will do your job AND probably someone elses. -Chronically understaffed. No they won't do anything about it.

Toxic Work Environment. Disrespectful towards employees and no professionalism when speaking out in the open. HR doesn’t listen or respond to threats accordingly. Not following labor laws and working people to exhaustion. Unfair pay and HR does nothing to help people. No room for growth when leadership has failed from the core of the company. No training or mentorship. You’re thrown into fire with unrealistic expectations. Unethical treatment of employees by supervisors. Demeaning and insensitive criticism and lecturing out in the open for everyone to hear.
