• The work was technically manageable and perfect for a junior role, providing an excellent learning environment. • The meetings team was amazing, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. • The manager was genuinely helpful and supportive when possible. • The Product Owner was an exceptional person, contributing to a positive experience.

Cons

• Experienced a company-wide layoff that impacted approximately 20% of the workforce, including myself. While the advance notice was appreciated, being let go despite positive feedback and strong performance was disappointing, especially as a junior. • Compensation was below market standards, even for an entry-level position.

In general nice people and lots of freedom to do your work.

Cons

A number of people that are no longer motivated are kept on and impact others. Priorities change constantly. The management via Holocracy is being misused by people to do the bare minimum and slows down change.
