1) Employees need to sign a bond of 3 years and its a compulsion. (As they know no one can survive their environment)
You will not get an Offer letter, instead, you get a letter of intent. (There are no details mentioned about terms and policies)
Don't fall for the term DevOps as there is nothing like that.
2) In the name of Linux, you will not get anything related to it. It's all about JIRA.
3)They don't even know the normal procedures like joining and exit formalities.
4)The worst part is the management(especially low skilled HR's) first they sound like polite but they don't have that skill, they only pretend to have that skill. No politeness no manners how to talk to employees, aggressiveness, etc.
Examples:-
a) I had to mail them for a month to just only get my relieving letter which should be provided by the HR team on the last working day.
b)I asked for my Form 16 after I left the company and they responded that I will get that next year.
c) They asked me to make a duplicate key on my own for the locker provided by them. (which I haven't got for 4 months)
By these stories, you can get at what level they are. I have this kind of story a lot.
d) You should have to clean your system and a nearby dusty place with a cloth. (some may say what would cleaning stop do? It's all about management)
5) No proper increments 5-7% (I wasn't the part but its as per my colleagues)
