I saw a recent positive review from someone claiming to be the DC Regional Area Manager, which is funny considering their last one resigned due to horrible management. This is just one example of how sketch this business is. Andre is horrible, rude, and has the communication skills of a toddler.

Pros

Working with Guest Educators was the only satisfying part of this job.

Cons

You will be micromanaged, talked down to, and given inconsistent and unclear responsibilities. Employees are not valued, their time is not respected, and the CEO lures people in with promises of growth, but the reality is a hostile work environment. Turnover rate is INCREDIBLY high and this is downplayed and ignored by leadership.
