It has been a great pleasure given the opportunity to be hired on at Enrollment Builders. The company is growing so there are opportunities as an employee to help the business flourish in their field. I'm grateful to be part of of the team and being valued for my talents and previous experience to help in any way possible. I'm also excited that they are invested in the people and look to us constantly for feedback. It's great to be somewhere where your voice is truly being listened to and your idea's are being considered. They also offer work from home and are extremely flexible with schedules as they understand the importance of work and home life balance. The people I work with are amazing and are always willing to help one another. It's a fun and playful environment along with keeping true to our goals and expectations. The pay is above the average in this field. It's also great that I can and encouraged to talk and work directly with our CEO. She is very easy to relate too and is always open to ideas and suggestions. I hope to grow with this company and I'm excited to be part of something great.
