      Pros

      Working at EnsembleIQ gave me exposure to leading retail and grocery brands, multi-channel digital campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams. I gained strong experience in analytics, reporting, project management, and B2B marketing, all within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

      Cons

      EIQ was a great place to learn, but like many lean media organizations, the workload was high and processes were still evolving. I often had to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and build structure where it didn’t exist.

      - Nice colleagues -Work from home - Strong support teams (marketing/digital ops)

      Cons

      Some of the brands are doing poorly and rather than look at what needs to be done to upgrade them, management blames the sales teams. The events are stale, yet they are expected to outperform year after year with the same tired concepts. Upper Management micromanages and there are so many spreadsheets and reports to fill out (many of them duplicating the same information) it is counterproductive. Salespeople are not valued and are thought of as replaceable. You can have years of high performance and have a bad few quarters and you will be replaced. There is no loyalty whatsoever.
