I have been working in this company for the last 5.5 years. The Management is very encouraging and always approachable. They understands our skills and gives a free hand to try different approaches and have always valued my efforts. If you really work hard and want to build a good career, this is a good company.

Cons

Please don't believe in every employee . The main draw back is that the management listens and tolerates too much who doesn't deserve it
