Company took a nose dive at some point

Pros

It was the most reasonable and fair employer I have worked for. CEO's heart is in the right place but is too old school and out of touch with the actual process. It is an issue when you are surprised your employees get sworn at on the phone.

Cons

After the 777 acquisition it became another big 'dumb' company that doesn't know it has a left hand. Just your run of the mill company sell off and the things you expect from it. If Ensurem was short staffed and over worked before the sale, it won't get better as 777 is looking to get a return on their investment. Multiple late paychecks, multiple sorry emails, multiple emails from the CEO claiming the parent company is incompetent. You never know if your paycheck will be late. If you're an adult seeking a stable job look elsewhere. If you have people that depend on you LOL.

Pros

It was always great coming into work until last September. Things improved in early May but we still have toxic remains.

Cons

Management didn't fully remove all the toxic problems. Still have some work to do. Please make it happen soon. Can't go into AEP like this.

I'm sorry you feel that way. We have worked hard to build an amazing culture here, one that puts the needs of our team members first and helps them develop and perform as highly as possible. We provide plenty of open and honest feedback mechanisms, of which we even used to create our team member Social Contract. We receive constant praise from our employees regarding our culture. Pros

Competitive pay. Multiple carriers & products. Tech support.

Cons

Paycheck delays. Attendance policy. Massive reduction in spiffs. Unprofessional & unqualified supervisors, I've heard nasty language jokingly being used on the sales floor multiple times by supervisors. Would not let my daughter work here due to the distasteful language directed at females ive overheard.
