      Unprofessional & biased, cold culture

      Pros

      Good leadership and collaborative environment in selected groups, such as R&D and Quality. Location in North San Jose. Competitive benefits and 401K match.

      Cons

      Low level of expertise/lack of experience in top management (director level and above). Poor business planning, no accountability and talent recognition. Employee evaluation is largely based on tenure, not accomplishments. No education benefits. High employee turnover.

      Pros

      Excellent PTO and co workers.

      Cons

      Shut down all manufacturing of their core technology and are now relying on a less than capable senior management and marketing to get them out of trouble. Software platform is all they have left and each day they remain in the high rent facility that they are at is another day closer for their inevitable demise.
