Pros
The only positive aspect of working here is the presence of decent coworkers and good people who try to support each other despite the toxic environment.
Cons
The company suffers from poor management, offers no employee support, fosters a toxic work environment, and provides little to no growth opportunities. They do not care about their people, have no loyalty, and will drop employees at any time. Nepotism is rampant, and only insiders have the chance to move forward.

The only pro is no working on the weekends or evenings.
Cons
Middle-Management is all people who are “teachers pets” and “yes men” to upper management and execs. If you have great insight, they will shut you down and threaten to fire you unless you are nothing but positive, even when struggling and needing help. It’s the perfect example of toxic positivity and how harmful it is in the workplace. They care more about being quick and “numbers” than quality.
