Pros

There are no pros here, this is an employment contractor who deliberately sends people to knowingly bad companies that have a revolving door or are sweat shops etc, and cannot keep employees, such as Riviana. They go by two different names Synergy and Entegee in an attempt to escape their bad reputation. Any good reviews here are from the management. I would give them NO stars if Glass door would allow that.

Cons

They are not dealing in reality and are not willing stop doing business with bad employers such as Rivian. You will waste a lot of time and money dealing with this employment contractor Entegee, Synergy or what ever name they may change to in order to escape their bad reviews.

Pros

None. Barebones recruiting firm. There are good individuals who work here.

Cons

Mismanagement, so many divisions that all are pulling in different directions. Ancient candidate management software. Let go about 25 people this past year. You have no support.

Pros

peers, coworkers made good money in commissions if you are a competitive recruiter; salary is very low.

Cons

Narcissistic managers, closed minded to new ways of doing things in the industry even when our competition was; always making it seem like something they are taking away from you is a good thing - very good at twisting facts. Sales people leave alot to be desired. Go sell instead of sitting on line cruising the web. Had to take PTO in as little as 15 and 30 minute increments because you were not trusted to make it up and others were always ratting people out. No WFH allowed unless is was on your own time, not business hours.
