Good benefits, even as a W2 contractor. Lots of PTO days, good insurance options, etc. They tend to stay out of your way and let you work. HR team was responsive and helpful when reached out to.

Long vesting period for 401k.

Work as consultant for large tech companies.

Cons

Good PTO plan. Terrible health insurance and benefits, Min 401k match that takes 5 years to vest. High insurance costs with limited benefits. Literally cheaper just to pay cash most of the time. They also put nothing towards your HSA contribution for the year.
