I joined Entersource as an Installation Profession and quickly learned that this company actually operates by their core values. We working together to achieve a common goal, success. When you continuously meet expectations, they see you. When your drive and their goals intertwine, they do what it takes to make sure you know it. There aren't many career opportunities out there providing tools, transportation and opportunity that don't come with a price tag. Yet, here at Entersource, that is exactly what they offered me.

Travis was the best thing about that place.

Cons

Too many managers and too few employees, no real world experience outside of their own narrow-minded vision, extremely high expectations with very little reward/pay, no health benefits but both owners drove brand new F150s and hauled their boats to work, horrible facilities with dirty restrooms not up to code, too much family involvement.

Outside work some may get a phone or vehicle **Great job to gain experience to get a better job**

Cons

Management lies. Not having the proper tools to get job done. Very green/incapable supervisor that has been put into position just to answer calls. Also down times with work fading away. (Is contract work). Whatever rate you are brought in at is what you need to be content with staying at till contract end.
