You can gain the communication and the procedure

There is not much worth to work here as each employee max works only 3 months. Management fix the target on each head to complete on EOD. They look only for company profit benefits and treat employees as slaves during discussion

Where do I begin , basically just one con, the man running the organization. Wish glassdoor had a negative scale.
