      Leadership's door is always open Exciting work Promotions happen when you are performing at the next level versus having to wait until the end of the year Ability to interact with clients Fun and inviting office environment

      There may be times you have a work extra hours but at the end of the day, providing excellent work to our clients is what is most important.

      Pros

      Very smart (but also personable and funny) coworkers, learning is encouraged, engaging projects across a wide range of industries, opportunity to grow into different specialization, accomplishments are applauded and recognized, people are encouraging rather than competitive.

      Cons

      The workload can be high at times. The PTO is limited compared to what I've had elsewhere.

      Pros

      EK supports employee growth through learning benefits, mentorship programs, and internal trainings. There are flexible career paths and room and guidance for leveling up. Colleagues are very generous with their expertise and willing to share knowledge to support and upskill one another. The work we do is at the cutting edge of semantics, which keeps things interesting. EK continues to grow and take on more complex and wide-reaching work.

      Cons

      As with any consulting work, there are times when the workload is heavier. It is important to be pro-active with management to communicate workload and capacity so they can respond accordingly.
