Pros

- The production team was great to work with - Great as a stepping stone to gain experience and work on your career, treat every job here as such

Cons

Avoid this company as much as you can. - 'Lads' environment in the Sales team. You will often here derogatory comments (misogynistic, racist, ableist, homophobic, and antisemitic remarks). - There is no way to address these issues as there is no HR department and the CEO is complicit. - If you're not involved with that culture it leaves you isolated and even impacts your position (often pushed to be more social with those same people) at the company. - The work itself isn't stressful and can lack real challenge however the difficult environment often drains motivation and pushes team members away from each other. - The office is small, so small that you can hear exactly what happens in the bathroom. And you will be asked to work in the basement with no natural light. - Encouraged to not talk about pay but when you do, you will find out huge discrepancies between certain departments, experience, and gender.

Clearly a false review written by a disgruntled former employee who has changed jobs more than 3 times in the last 6 months. Our workforce is diverse and includes amazing people from different regions of this incredible planet, of backgrounds, faiths and sexual orientation. We are a company that held onto all our employees during covid without making a single redundancy or placing anyone on furlough. A company that gave every single employee a work from home budget to make sure their home office was a place they enjoyed working from. A company that gave every single employee a Christmas bonus, even during Covid. A company that honours and celebrates our monthly office "Super Hero" with a monthly bonus. It is easy to blame people and employers, whether present or past for your lack of work ethic and motivation then it is to blame yourself for your own failures. We wish you clarity and the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

Production team were sound, could not fault their character and genuinely cared about the work they did and impact that they had on the industries we were involved in.

Cons

The rest of the business has a distasteful, almost fraud like aura. Genuinely never come across an operation that is more self interested in my working career. The "founder" is an egomaniac, likely lacking self-esteem, who would guffaw through sexist and misogynistic jokes made by his shady associates who would randomly visit the office, apparently with no better place to spend their time. Some of the management team I believe cared on some level, but sadly were impeded from making any real change to the culture, in part due to such a dominating and crude presence in the form of the owner, but also due to their lack of backbone and willingness to speak up against the toxic environment. I would never do business with this company, no matter how much fictional ROE was floundered in front of my eyes.

Hi Mary-Ann, yes, we thought we would at least let the world know the name of the individual who wrote this garbage and since you’ve decided to publish a work of fiction, we thought we’d add a few factual footnotes for balance. Couple of important facts. You did not work in sales, you were hired as an editor and then dismissed 4 days later making our amazing staff, particular our incredible female staff feel uncomfortable with your outrageous comments regarding they way they should dress in order to manipulate men. We’re always open to genuine, constructive feedback. What we’re not open to is a revenge narrative held together by inaccuracies and contradictions big enough to park a Porsche in (which, for the record, nobody here owns) by a malicious ex employee who was fired after 4 days of being hired for gross misconduct. Anyone genuinely interested in our culture is encouraged to speak to our team, explore our work or join our community and see for themselves. We trust facts. We’re less convinced by reviews that collapse under their own contradictions. We wish you clarity Mary-Ann. From EVERYONE at EM360Tech
